My biggest fear

My biggest fear,
will you even want me near?

You go away to find yourself
While I sit here, upon the shelf.

Life is easy on your own,
High and mighty on your throne.
Do what you want, no expectations,
No ball and chain, no limitations.
I understand yes that’s a life of ease,
No chance for failure, no one to please.
But what for challenge, or companionship?
Combining love with an adventurous trip?
Learning to live with a queen by your side,
Someone to drift with you amongst strong tides.
A partner in crime to devulge your secrets,
to push and prod and test your wits.

Yes solitude may seem the one,
But next to me, it’s much more fun.
I wont set limits or hold you back,
in fact I’ll push you, don’t be slack!
So find your road and forge ahead
Let’s not give up until we’re dead.

Life is crazy, life is free,
Just please do it all with me!
